Stack Mail — Laptop / Desktop Setup
Use these settings in Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, or any desktop email client
Incoming Mail (IMAP)

Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

| Authentication | Password (Normal) |
Setting Up in Microsoft Outlook
- Open Outlook and go to File → Add Account
- Enter your email address, click Advanced Options, then tick Let me set up my account manually
- Click Connect and choose IMAP
- Incoming Mail: server imap.stackmail.com, port 993, encryption SSL/TLS
- Outgoing Mail: server smtp.stackmail.com, port 465, encryption SSL/TLS
- Click Next, enter your password, then click Connect
Setting Up in Apple Mail (Mac)
- Open Mail and go to Mail → Add Account → Other Mail Account
- Enter your name, email address, and password, then click Sign In
- If auto-setup fails, enter the server details manually using the settings above
- Make sure IMAP is selected (not POP)
- Click Sign In to complete setup
