Stack Mail — iPhone Setup
Step-by-step instructions for setting up Stack Mail on your iPhone or iPad
Server Settings

| Incoming Server | imap.stackmail.com — port 993, SSL/TLS |
| Outgoing Server | smtp.stackmail.com — port 465, SSL/TLS |
Before you start: Your username is your full email address. Your password is what you were provided with during setup — if you have not changed it yet, log in to Stack Mail webmail first and update it there.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Scroll down and tap Mail
- Tap Accounts → Add Account → Other
- Tap Add Mail Account
- Enter your Name, Email, Password, and a Description (e.g. “Work Email”), then tap Next
- Make sure IMAP is selected at the top
- Under Incoming Mail Server: set Host Name to imap.stackmail.com
- Under Outgoing Mail Server: set Host Name to smtp.stackmail.com — note this is a different address to the incoming server
- Tap Next — iOS will verify the settings, which may take a moment
- Tap Save to complete setup
Tip: If prompted about SSL, make sure it is turned ON for both incoming and outgoing servers.
